All items are manufactured on demand and are not refundable. 

Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving the item so that we can work with our manufacturing partners to investigate the issue and find a solution. If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a replacement order as quickly as possible.
